The Maré Living Model (Modelo Vivo da Maré) is a public spatial planning tool developed with RUA Arquitetos and Bela Maré exhibition centre. An incremental model envisioned to map the entirety of Favela da Maré in Rio de Janeiro's North Zone, the model serves as a resident-accessible tool to envisage future development and discuss current challenges within the community. Working in collaboration with RUA Arquitetos and producer Automatica, this 2017 edition was displayed at the Travessias 5 exhibition in Bela Maré in 2017, with the model increasing in size over subsequent years.
